Coaching Skills One-day course This course helps managers, supervisors, and team leaders develop the skills they need to successfully coach others — and gain improved performance from their team members. We explore what it means to have a coaching culture. Participants bring their own coaching examples to the course, so they can apply coaching concepts and skills to real situations.
Strengthening Teams through Relationship Awareness® One-day course An organization's success depends upon the effectiveness of the working relationships between its people. By providing people with powerful insights into the motivation behind behaviour, Relationship Awareness® helps build better relationships both professionally and personally. The course employs the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), a self-scoring motivational assessment tool. It measures an individual's Motivational Value System — when things are going well and when the person faces conflict or opposition.
Managing Conflict One-day course This course helps people identify the source of their conflict and manage it in such a way as to restore the self-worth of everyone involved, thereby producing higher quality work and creating better working environments.
Time Management Half-day course Addresses aspects of time management fundamental to working productively. Participants develop personal action plans to manage their time in new constructive ways.
Accountability and Professionalism One-day course Accountability means taking ownership and being obsessed about outcomes. Professionalism means carrying out your work correctly with a natural respect for others. In this program, individuals and teams assess themselves and determine what they should start and stop doing.
